ABOUT THE TEAM

You will be working along 3rd party support companies and our Logistics and Systems Director who is currently managing all IT work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:

-Provide direct support or by working with the external partners, for the hardware, software and connectivity problems to promptly resolve user issues

-Support multiple systems and applications of medium to high complexity

-Escalate incidents where necessary, acting as a central point of contact between problem, change and configuration management to aid the resolution of incidents with efficiency

-Liaise with external support when vital to provide regular maintenance of hardware and required upgrades

-Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

-Perform end-user administration tasks across all company’s systems, Office 365 and third- party tools and connectors

-Maintain, monitor, improve, develop and support the IT infrastructure and systems

-Prioritize and coordinate multiple initiatives and projects

-Source cost-effective hardware and software when required

-Work with the Systems Director to plan and implement a mid-to-long term IT strategy to improve the use of hardware and software as well as define, document and maintain IT security policies across all business areas

-Perform a wide variety of general IT work including production of relevant documentation and manuals, conducting compliance tests and keeping appropriate records

ABOUT YOU

-A fluent level in English and interpersonal skills are essential

-Prior experience of technical support of medium size network environments and working with a 3rd parties’ IT contracts is essential

-Technical expertise of Microsoft cloud solutions including Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Skype for Business and One Drive for Business) is essential

-Sound knowledge of general Windows Server technologies troubleshooting, configuration and software installation is essential

-A good understanding of network technologies and the fundamentals of networking (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP) is essential

-Experience of windows servers, virtualization, switches, routers, firewalls would be beneficial

-Ability to work with minimum supervision is essential

-Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users at all levels is essential

ABOUT THE TEAM

The team work together to cover all credit control/accounts receivable functions for the business. We’re a very commercially focused, energetic and tenacious team and represent a key part of the customer journey. We work with many departments to solve a wide range of issues from order fulfilment to timely payment of invoices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the accounts receivable team, carrying out annual appraisals, training and performance management. You will be fully responsible for the accounts receivable process, including achieving the cash flow and debt targets of the business across all customer types, including the aged debt targets, bad debt provision and reporting of performance against these targets.

-Weekly aged debt reporting to the FC & FD

-Month end and Invoice Financing reconciliations

-Develop and maintain good relationships with all customers and internal stakeholders

-Open communication with the Account Managers to effectively manage the accounts and to give visibility of any issues and concerns.

-Prioritise and manage workload to meet strict deadlines and key performance indicators.

-Identify high risk debt where possible on an on-going basis and escalate collection procedures to minimise the likelihood of bad debt.

-Effectively chase all customers to ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices and maximise cash receipts.

-Ensure customer queries are processed and resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

-Raising Invoices & Credit Notes.

-Allocate funds received correctly and in timely manner.

-Accurate maintenance of all sales ledger accounts.

-Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested in line with the role to support the wider finance team.

Our Aftersales team is made up of 2 people supporting the wholesale operation across all fronts. We act as the mid-point between the customer and the wholesale team in order to provide a quality service on both sides. The work stretches from daily orders and returns processing to maintaining databases and updating our selling platforms.

You will be the first point of contact for all customer service related queries

-Processing orders and returns into our ERP system

-Generating line-sheets for clients as well as our own sales representatives

Linda Farrow is opening it’s first concession in Oberpollinger, Munich in April 2018. We are looking for a dynamic team to drive sales through expertly clienteling and delivering world class customer service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

-Demonstrate an excellent sales ability by playing an active role on the selling floor

-Deliver amazing customer service and exceptional product knowledge

-Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered

-Possess strong interpersonal skills to aid the development of a client book and returning customer base

-Work as a team to ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization

-Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed

-Ensuring cashing up and EOD reporting is executed correctly
