ABOUT THE ROLE

-To continually drive to achieve and exceed sales plan and KPIs

-Recruit, train and continually develop the store team: living and bringing the Linda Farrow culture to life

-Continually identify and proactively seek sales, brand and traffic driving opportunities

-Drive conversion within your store by offering best in class luxury service and product knowledge throughout the entire customer journey, from first purchase through to aftersales

-Strategically manage your client base. Drive acquisition of new clients and retain clients through an engaging, personable brand experience

-Accountable for your stores P and L, manage wages and controllable costs to deliver a healthy contribution

-Manage and accountable for inventory

-Manage and accountable for all operating guidelines being executed; e.g. cash controls/security

-Make commercial suggestions to our product team at HQ to improve your stock package and deliver feedback to design team

-Regularly review your stores for commercial opportunities and take action accordingly

-Ensure your business and team are always presented and maintained in line with brand guidelines

-Schedule staffing to ensure boutiques are adequately covered within wage budget

-Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment. Proactively manage any performance issues that arise in your location and escalate/feedback where necessary to Area Manager

We work as a collective to strive for excellence and deliver innovative luxury eyewear to our consumers. The team sits under the wider umbrella of the Product team meaning that it works closely with Supply chain and Merchandising.

This role is ideal for someone who had completed a degree in design and is looking to gain industry experience and bring fresh creative ideas to the design team throughout the creation and development of the eyewear collections, Key responsibilities include:

-Pre-season research

-Issuing and maintaining Vendor Technical files and comments

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are looking for a mature and well established individual with excellent exererience in successfully leasing a team to join our expanding service and aftersales team in a full time permanent position. This is an exciting opportunity to join the sales department, learning about our global accounts and being part of the customer services team. You would join a team helping to provide a luxury service to clients worldwide and take responsibility for data entry into the relevant systems. The role will also give the right candidate opportunity to handle our product and gain both business and technical knowledge.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Administrative Supervisor is primarily responsible for supervising and leading a team of sales administrators. The main purposes of the Aftersales department are to support the global sales force, service the company’s customers to the highest standards, and monitor the on-time delivery of the sales order book.

-Supervise the production of the seasonal line sheets.

-Organise the seasonal international showrooms and trade shows and manage the seasonal show calendar accurately.

-Oversee the daily maintenance of the Company’s systems.

-Supervise the correct upload of the sales orders on the system, and the order confirmation process.

-Manage to on-time delivery of the sales order book.

-Oversee the picking process.

-Produce sales, delivery, cancellation, and any other relevant reports as and when required by the management.

-Supply the global sales force with support as and when required.

-Provide prompt and first-class customer service.

-Process return, stock swap and spare part requests.

-Train the Administrative staff to the highest levels.

-Manage and elevate both individual and team performances.

-Perform within time frames assigned by the management.

ABOUT YOU

-Management experience within a fast-paced retail environment.

-Proficiency in SAGE and Microsoft Office is a must.
